Mar 25, 2016 · Every time I turned in on it would slow the internet from 1.5 -1.6 mbps down to almost nothing (.08 mbps.) . I followed both method 1 and 2 above exactly and have had no improvement. My old windows 8 laptop still works great, unless I turn on the new Dell and it kills the internet for every device in the house.
